This Privacy Policy explains how Rice Cubes ("we," "our," "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit ricecubes.com. We aim to keep this short and clear. If anything here is unclear, email hello@ricecubes.com.

What we collect

• Analytics data — aggregated, non-identifying information about which pages are viewed, how long visitors stay, and where they came from. This is used to improve content and navigation.
• Server logs — standard HTTP server logs that include IP address, user agent, and referrer, stored short-term and used only for security and reliability.
• Newsletter email addresses — only if you voluntarily submit one on the newsletter signup form. Used solely to send you the newsletter.
• Cookies set by third-party services — see "Third parties" below.

What we don't collect

We do not collect names, phone numbers, physical addresses, payment information, or account credentials. We are not a storefront and do not process payments.

Third parties

We use these third-party services, each with its own privacy policy:

• Cloudflare — hosting, CDN, and DDoS protection. Cloudflare may set session cookies for security.
• Affiliate networks — Amazon Associates, Sephora via Rakuten Advertising, and similar programs. When you click an affiliate link, these networks may set cookies to track whether your click results in a purchase. They may share aggregated information with us about conversions.
• Display advertising networks — when present, display ads may be served by programmatic ad networks (e.g., Ezoic, Raptive, Mediavine). These networks use cookies to serve relevant ads.
• Analytics — we may use a privacy-focused analytics provider to understand aggregate site usage.

Your rights

Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the UK Data Protection Act, and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), you have the right to:

• Know what information is collected about you
• Request deletion of your information
• Opt out of the sale of your information (we do not sell personal information)
• Receive a copy of your information in a portable format

Children

Rice Cubes is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent and believe your child has submitted information, email us and we will delete it.

Do Not Track

Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" (DNT) signal. Industry standards for honoring DNT are still inconsistent. We do not directly respond to DNT signals at this time.

Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be noted by the updated date at the top. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
